              Hello, I’m Farid Mallick, and I want to share a bit of my personal journey with you. Armed with a degree in B.Tech Electrical Engineering, I initially ventured into the coaching industry. However, the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic led to a shift in my career trajectory and a loss of interest in engineering. That’s when I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Chandranath, who generously took me under his wing and offered me the role of his personal assistant. My journey with Dr. Chandranath started with the supervision of the Career Making Institute, where I took charge of all technical aspects.

              As I delved into this new role, I found a passion for learning about nutrition and fitness. At the beginning of my journey, I weighed 85 kg, and I felt the impact of that weight on my face. With Dr. Chandranath’s guidance, I began my transformation. I adopted a proper diet, gathered knowledge about nutrition and fitness, and gradually started seeing positive changes.

              My dedication to this path led me to complete the Quantum Fitness Success Blueprint course, where I learned valuable skills, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Within six months, I shed 13 kg of body fat and reduced my waistline by 2 inches. Continuing on this transformative journey, within eleven months, I lost a total of 15 kg of body fat and an additional 2 inches from my waistline.

              Fueling this change was the support of Herbalife Nutrition. Empowered by the products, I not only achieved my fitness goals but also discovered a new mission. Now, I am on a mission to change the fitness goals of approximately 5 crore people in my lifetime.
